Rowdy's Firearm Foundations

Rowdy’s Firearm Foundations class is designed to give new and developing shooters a strong foundation in safe firearm handling and shooting fundamentals. Students begin with the 4 Universal Firearm Safety Rules, followed by instruction on safely operating their firearm—whether it’s a semi-automatic pistol, AR-15, or another firearm they bring to class.

The course covers grip, stance, trigger press, sight alignment, optics, and breath control. Classroom instruction is approximately one hour, followed by about one hour of range training and a 50–100 round course of fire, depending on the student.

This is also our “Try Before You Buy” class. Students considering purchasing a handgun can try multiple pistols on the range, receive guidance from an instructor, and get a better feel for which firearm fits them before making a purchase.

Rowdy’s Range & Armory Cancellation Policy: Because spots are limited, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled event. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours.
