Competitors engage full-size bowling pins mounted on stands at seven yards, with the goal of knocking each pin completely off its stand in the fastest time possible. 22 Long Rifle and 9MM are the most common, Magnum calibers are not allowed, placing emphasis on accuracy, shot placement, recoil control, and efficient follow-up shots rather than raw power. The match is run in a safe, controlled range environment and offers a fun, challenging format for shooters of all competition levels.
